Telehealth
Part of having a fresh perspective is looking for more ways to be available for you! So, along with our specific outdoor locations in the Illawarra region of NSW, we also have online and phone appointments available on request. We've even offered some 6.30am spots for the early birds (or anyone who wants to become one!), which are perfect to get your day started. Telehealth means that we're with you in the car during your lunch break, while you're walking around your own local area or staying safe at home, if that's where you need to be.
Kanahooka
Meeting Point: Kanahooka Park (Kanahooka Boat Ramp)
Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka, NSW 2530
If you make an appointment at the Kanahooka location then you will meet your Psychologist at the entrance to the Boat Ramp carpark. Meeting here means that you have the option to walk along the lake towards the jetty and the children's playground at Lakeside Reserve. You could also walk down the block towards Purrah Bay Reserve. This location is a hidden gem for locals and well worth a visit.
Wollongong
Meeting Point: JP Galvin Park
Corner of Cliff Road & George Hanley Drive Wollongong, NSW 2500
If you make an appointment at the Wollongong location then you will meet your Psychologist next to the North Wollongong Surf Club. Meeting here means that you have the option to walk along the concourse towards the continental pool and up to the lighthouses. You could also walk around Stuart Park and visit Puckey's Estate wooded area or fairy lagoon. Another option is to walk along the beach itself and feel the sand between your toes or the water over your feet. Your Psychologist will wait in the area pictured below near the whale sculpture (visible in the centre of the photo surrounded by flowers).
Kiama
Meeting Point: Coronation Park

If you make an appointment at the Kiama location then you will meet your Psychologist at the sign for Coronation Park at Surf Beach. Meeting here means that you have the option to walk up around the show ground and towards the blowhole. You could also walk south around the coastal walk. Another option is to walk along the beach itself and feel the sand between your toes or the water over your feet.
Appointments at the Kiama location are limited and on request. If you would prefer this location please contact the practice via email rather than using the online bookings link at the top of the website.
